Clara Campbell Vice President

Clara is a Vice President at Peregrine Economics and has been working in the industry since 2014.  She is proficient in the examination of economic and financial data through statistical programming and econometric modeling.  Clara has focused her career on casework involving securities, corporate finance, and valuation.  She is responsible for building economic analyses and writing expert reports and declarations, including both original reports and rebuttal reports in response to opposing experts.

 

Specifically, related to securities matters, Clara is highly skilled in market efficiency factor analysis, event studies, loss causation, and damages.  She also has valuation experience through her work on projects related to financial regulation and breaches of fiduciary duty.  In addition, Clara has broadened her skills by working with experts on other projects including but not limited to, income tax disputes, exchange of limited partner interests, trademark valuation, patent infringement, and merger and acquisition disputes.

 

Clara holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and an MBA with concentrations in Economics, Finance, Econometrics and Statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
