Kelly Bryant Vice President
Kelly is a Vice President at Peregrine Economics and has been working in the industry since 2017. She has extensive experience in the examination of economic and financial data through statistical programming in combination with econometric modeling. Kelly has provided consulting services on various litigation engagements including securities fraud class actions, valuation disputes, as well as executive compensation matters.
She primarily supports the securities practice at Peregrine. Through this work, she has developed skills in analyzing market efficiency factors, event studies, loss causation, and class-wide damages. Kelly is responsible for both building economic analyses to support expert opinions as well as drafting expert reports and declarations. She has experience working on cases involving common and preferred stock, bonds, options, and cryptocurrencies.
Kelly holds bachelor’s degrees with highest distinction in both Economics and International Studies from Loyola University Chicago, is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society, and is currently a CFA® Level II candidate.
